Getting to Ulverston

By Road: Leave the M6 at Junction 36 and follow the A590 to Ulverston.

By Train: Trains between Ulverston and Manchester Airport run fairly regularly, with approximately 18 trains per day. The first train typically departs from Ulverston around 5:16 am and the last around 10:04 pm, with a journey time of about 2 hours and 7 minutes. Travellers from other areas will be able to change trains at either Lancaster or Preston.

By Bus: The easiest way is to travel to Kendal and then use the hourly X6 service to Ulverston.
