Storytellers Dave Tonge, Ian Douglas, and Mark Borthwick invite you to join us for a Beltane blether this May 1st!
We are a transcontinental fellowship! Ian comes from the Noble North of England, while Dave hails from the Splendid South.
So join us for an extravagant Olympics where we pit Ian’s Northern wiles against Dave’s southern charms, to celebrate and explore the eccentricities between our brothers from opposite ends of the land.
Each round we will tell a story from a list of themes, and the audience will decide how many Yorkshire Puddings or Norfolk Dumplings those stories are worth. So come ready for an evening of stories, laughter, riddles, audience participation, and mirth!
This event is free/by donation. Pay for it once, and it’s good for the rest of your life! Your money buys you the whole seat, but you’ll only need the edge! Myths, fables and wonder-tales from all across Albion served up on a bed of mashed potato for your delight at Mayday Madness!
Friday 1st May
18:45 for a 19:00 start
