Yesterday Mick Moloney passed away - Mick was a member of The Johnstons along with Paul Brady - He moved to the USA to do a folklore degree and has stayed there and continued playing Irish music whilst also playing an enormous role academia - he has been central to the role and understanding of the irish diaspora and particularly it's music.
